See while doing the second elbow stretch you are pushing the palm of your effected arm with your good arm and while doing that are keeping your elbow straight that's what I can't do

Hello thank you very much about elbo exercise.I have an opertion below elbow joints and there is a steel plate below the elbow. I am doing physiotheropy.But my left hand is still not be straight.So what should I do?

Can you please make a video of how to reduce carrying angle?? Please tell me if it can be done, so that i may correct my arm which has carrying angle of 21 degrees at present, and i want to bring it to 15 degrees.

@@hafizosamamasood7860 Pressing arm joint from inside bent towards outside effect the angla little bit, but haven't yet found a perfect solution. But a physiotherapist can find some suitable arm movement which will improve this angle, something more than flexion and extension.

Thank you for your video! I fell off my motorcycle in November and landed on my elbow. Didn’t brake anything but I hurt the nerves and tendons. I still can’t fully stretch my elbow and it still hurts a bit when I move it. Is this normal? Can these stretching exercises help the recovery?

With a healthy elbow. Believe me, it's not worth being too strong if you are going to get hurt.

I fall down the doctor advised for radial head excision last week done . All my wrist, forearm are so painful. Please recommend me the best excercise still the stitches available...

Fractured my elbow with bones loose inside. Surgery 2 days ago, elbow in a supportive bandage and cannot do the 1st one owing to the restrictive nature of the bandage. How soon after surgery to attempt some of these exercises?!!

I dislocated my elbow joint and went for surgery and I carried a sling for more than 6 weeks, now the sling is removed and my elbow is stiff. Please what do I do to straighten my elbow and make my hand work flexible again?

Jon Omon How’s your arm doing now? Full range of motion back, I hope. I dislocated mine nearly 3 weeks ago. Just took the sling off and also feel very stiff, unable to open my arm fully.

Amit Raghav January 22, 2020 my arm has about 90% ability to extend but not completely. From the xrays, it appears it was relocated at an angle and not entirely correctly. I have pain to try and fully open my arm. If you’re dealing with a dislocation, I’m not trying to discourage you. I just never fully healed from my injury.

Not dislocated. I carried sling for 1 month. Now I couldn't move less than 80° towards my shoulder.
