sir aap ka bhot bhot thanks achi informations daeny ka sir meri age 45 year hai or meri knees main har waqat pain rahat hai, na main chal sakti hon, na walk kr sakti ho or aap ki knee pr videos deekti hon or pher wo exercises krti hon temporary relief mil jata hai but pain nai jata. sir kya mujy es condition main surgery karwa layni chaiye? mery taluk Islamabad say hai plz ager eder koi acha doctor ho tu plz mujy bata dayn thanks

Sir I have a hip replacement surgery 3 months ago and I've also got one plate in thigh bone as it was also broken now my PCL and ACL is damaged and doctors have said that my muscles are lose due to last operations so what can I do now? Like doctors have said that do exercises to make muscles tight so any recommendations, exercise and how can I recover it as fast as possible? Please respond sir
