Sir my reports says... 1.Disc dessication seen involving l4 l5 and l5 S1 level. 2. L4 l5 showz deffuse disc bulge With annual tear intending the thecal sac not comressing the nerve root.residual canal diameter measure 14.5 mm 3. L5 S1 shows central disc protrusion intending the thecal sac not comressing the nerve root.residual canal diameter measure 14.5 mm My symptoms are No pain. Heavy stiffness Sitting issue Cant stand for more time at the same position. Sometimes feelings of numbness at legs area also And moreover my issue is not fixed .,means it's moves from left to right or from right to left. Psl dr do reply ...thax

Sir my question is 2 years back my mother had a stroke on left side where left hand and left leg the left let is working partially with the support she was walking 2 months back that is on march 8th, 2023 she has fallen down when we done x ray it didnt show any fracture but after two months we done MRI it showed fracture on neck of the hip with Grade 3 Garden fracture something is saying sir know my question is it save to go for surgery for a parylsis patinet with comorbalities of Diabeties, B .P and thryroid and she is on blood thinner after that stroke please advise it sir what is good for her

Sir meri wife ko anemia he mene 6 sal phele right per ka riplecment karvaya tha usme koi problem nahi par ek saal pehle left ka riplecment karvaya par me abhi tak nhi chal pai us per pe bajan nahi de sakti bahut pain hota hai or ghutne se uper bahut khichta he thoda sa hile na phir bhi pain hota he vo roz pain killer or pregabilin tab leti he ek ortho Dr. Ko bataya to bola ki hil gaya he fhir se operation karna padega.

Sir, l have THR in left leg after a fall. I am 59. Screws were used for J&J implant. Doctor said he used posterior approach. I have been told never cross legs, use indian toilet, or even not touch my feet by bending. It seems these restrictions are for lifelong. In your video, the patient squatted and crossed legs. How is it possible sir?

सर नमस्कार यही से प्रॉब्लम मुझे 2021 के लास्ट में हुई। चेकअप करवाने में बहुत देर कर दी। अगस्त 2023 में चेकअप करवाया तो पता चला दोनों हिप गल चुके हैं दोनों टांगों में रेशा भर चुका है फिर अगस्त में ही मेरा ऑपरेशन हुआ दोनों टांगों से पस निकाली गई। हिप रिप्लेसमेंट नहीं हुआ क्योंकि इन्फेक्शन 150 के आसपास था ऑपरेशन के बाद पेन बहुत ज्यादा था उसके बाद दोनों हिप निकाल कर ऐसे ही छोड़ दिया गया जब जुन 2024 में एक-रे करवाया तो पता चला कि दोनों टांगों की हड्डियां ऊपर चढ़ गई है फिर घुटनों में राड डालकर अट्रैक्शन लगाई गई 20 जुलाई 2024 को मेरा राइट टांग का हिप डालागया। अब मेरी मसल बहुत वीक हो चुकी है प्लीज डॉक्टर साहब मेरा मार्गदर्शन कीजिए 🙏🙏🙏
