Thanks for this video. It's the best I've found. May you explain the difference between syndesmosis & interosseous membrane? They seem the same to me.

Hey Octavia, you're welcome! The syndesmosis is decribing the distal anterior tibiofibular ligament, the posterior tibiofiblar ligament, the transverse ligament and the interosseous membrane altogether.

How do i improve my ankle external rotation because there’s always pain in my lateral malleolus everytime it goes into external rotation. Is there any exercises I can do
