Hi! Up to now i had no major issues. Just with the Bev beeing brand new, i recognized, that the rear wheel had some slight "wobble" at a certain speed. Not very significant but still annoying enough for me. The dealer finally replaced the tire on warranty, all fine now. ABS/ASR work without problems and i can say they already saved my bu** from hitting the road at some occasions. Once, in a turn, a little bit too much gas on a wet road with slippery road markings - ASR kicks in, throttling the engine just enough to avoid a side slip. Another time, also in a turn with a crazy guy rushing forthcoming over red traffic lights, i had to fully hit the brakes still in the turn - ABS just worked fine. The japanese alternatives, like e.g. the Honda SH300i might have better reliability over time, but i just couldnt bear the tiny footspace and the suboptimal appearance of the SH300i. So, up to now i am still very happy with my Bev. :)

Thx! I used a GoPro Hero HD2 with a chest harness. Top Speed (tacho) ~150, with friendly tail wind close to 160. Didn't do any GPS measurements yet, anyway speed is sufficient for me.

It's an adjustable wind spoiler, which - for me - takes away a lot of wind pressure and turbulences from my head. If you search for MRA X-CREEN*TOUR*SPOILER you will find it. Thx for your feedback btw ;-)

Well, it depends what's "long" for you. Honestly, i wouldn't want to go more than 100 km in a piece (others do more). Going e.g. 70 km forth and 70 km back in one day, clearly reminds me, that i have a back end. Some remove or flatten this hump on the seat which gives you those valueable additonal 2-3 cm of seating comfort. Will try that one day. Although with the Bev you can easily climb those mountains and passes and even swim along on the highway if neceessary, the Bev is not quite made for touring. Experiences may differ depending on driver's size an build. On the other hand with the wind shield (and especially with the spoiler), wind pressure when driving at travel speeds of 120-130 km/h is no issue at all.

EasyWay Be aware, you might like the power this scooter has ;-) BTW: You can mount the spoiler also without the ugly clamps. You have to drill holes in the screen however, but it just looks less distracting. I will do that, since i will keep the screen extension. Enjoy!

last year i bought the 2011 Beverly 300IE RST. i live in Florence, so fitting to live here with a scooter, i wouldn't underestimate this scooter. i drove from Florence,Italy to Barcelona,Spain in a 9 day trip through all of southern France and through Monoco. the longest i drove was for 5 hours between my next hotel for rest. ofcourse i had to stop a couple times for petrol since the tank is so small, so i would stretch for those stops. but in all, after an hour or so your ass and back start to ache. but after a while it just gets numb. so its completely do-able...but its no comfortable touring bike. But it can tour!!! i survived a crazy 3 days of high winds, thunderstorms, and steep mountains. but in all its a beast! In all i did 2700klm on that trip and nothing stopped me. highly recommend it! 9 our of 10 stars!!! =)

...that's because you have a short attention span, and maybe unable to understand what this video is. It's an antidote to all those crazy, suicidal motorcycle videos some love so much. Chill out and watch it again. It's a beautiful ride through a lovely landscape, not dependent on power or speed.
