I've found that many people who dislike certain genres and specific recordings actually dislike the intense emotion that comes with that music. They give it a thumbs-down because they're uncomfortable with that feeling. It has everything to do with them and very little to do with the actual music. Enjoy this, and ignore the people who can't.

I'd greatly appreciate it if you guys would check out my acoustic piano & vocal version of this Sarah McClachlan song on my channel. No autotune or electronic audio equipment was used in the recording. Thanks and pardon the promo.

Your observation is correct. I'm a culprit of this sometimes lol. But generally when I feel this way I tend to not like or dislike it at all.

Spend all your time waiting For that second chance For a break that would make it okay There's always some reason To feel not good enough And it's hard, at the end of the day I need some distraction Oh, beautiful release Memories seep from my veins And maybe empty Oh, and weightless, and maybe I'll find some peace tonight In the arms of the angel Fly away from here From this dark, cold hotel room And the endlessness that you fear You are pulled from the wreckage Of your silent reverie You're in the arms of the angel May you find some comfort here So tired of the straight line And everywhere you turn There's vultures and thieves at your back The storm keeps on twisting Keep on building the lies That you make up for all that you lack It don't make no difference Escape one last time It's easier to believe in this sweet madness Oh, this glorious sadness That brings me to my knees In the arms of the angel Fly away from here From this dark, cold hotel room And the endlessness that you fear You are pulled from the wreckage Of your silent reverie You're in the arms of the angel May you find some comfort here You're in the arms of the angel May you find some comfort here

When a song has a profound message, and a heart delivers it in music without words, I think that music speaks directly to souls. That's what your delicate delivery did to me. Just one of the 100,000 souls you've touched with your music. Great performance.

We love our animals beyond reason, knowing their lives will always end before ours and we'll be left with tears and a broken heart. But we never consider *not* loving them, and always find another to take into our hearts. That's the greatest tribute to a fur friend -- that we're willing to suffer the pain of loss for the joy of their love.
