I'm shamelessly ripping off this format from the piano Discord server I set up. I believe it was Jeremy Taylor who starting posting these lesson reports. They've now become a popular format on the server with several others joining in. I'd also like to think that the insights that have been shared have convinced a couple of others to actually get a teacher and start lessons.
