Wow. Superb video. I spent the whole of a long and frustrating day here in the UK yesterday, wrestling with this exact problem on a Weber grand. It had 2 broken brackets, which I repaired, but the "spread" of the action was just as you show in your video. Though we're far from out of the woods with this piano, your video has pinpointed the issue and it's good to know I'm not ALONE. Thanks so much.

where can I purchase a Tuning Lever for our Young Chang baby grand ? Seems like the generic tuning levers are too loose on the tuning key ??

Yes, as far as I know, the issue was specific to the grand piano action brackets. If you are having notes bobble on an upright, see my video "Get the Bobble Out of Your Hammer"

Please explain the metallurgy of how this is possible. Constructive criticism would be to not put loudly obnoxious piano playing while giving an instructional video. It’s very distracting. On the job site, use a portable table to work on the action instead of crawling all over the floor. Especially important as you age and your knees turn into stiff painful parts of your body you can’t fix.
