i took piano lessons for five years at school and i never found them very stimulating, i never practiced because i didnt care about the songs i was being taught, i eventually completley dropped piano and forgot it forever. but with your superb videos alone, my pasion for music was reignited, i love you teaching technique in a way i can understand and follow, now i practice every day and i am so happy that the piano is once again part of my life. for that i thank you dearly.

I love how in the sheet music, at the end you put (+ craziness). AWESOME! Keep making more videos, I've learned how to play many of my favourite Beatles songs and Piano Man because of you. I like the way how you add the little fills in the chords, because when I get chord music, I just play the chords itself. Thanks!

Wow, awesome video! You are a great teacher. It helps that you say the chord before you break it down. At my level of playing i know how to build all the chords, but i have trouble knowing how to voice them to make it sound right. It also helps that you sing in your tutorials, much easier to keep time and it also helps to remember what notes to go to next. Do you think you could put up a tutorial explaining functional uses of m9 and M9 chord voicings? Those voicings bring music to life!

Brilliant .... you are very talented I like to go through the popular songs and try to figure out the chords, beatles of course, kinks, abba somehow you begin to realise what are the classic songs by struggling to get the chords. Though by seeing your technique I realise how green I am... usu its the chord with the left hand and melody with right hand but I realise theres a lot more to this game. With eleanor rigby, you can realise just what a genius paul is ! hope you got it posted

love the video. your piano and your playing really sound great, and to have a lesson this good for free is pretty awesome. i wish you would go over some of things you didn't cover here and aren't in your sheet music. for instance the bass line on the g7 where you switch up F and G with your thumb. one of the best parts, but very hard to figure out from just watching how it lines up with the melody. however thats a minor selfish request. really enjoy the videos, thanks
