I don't think any amount of sea prism would affect Pica's stone body, for the same reason that it wouldn't affect Mr. 3's wax armor. The stone isn't Pica. It's just something he's manipulating. He is in the stone, but he isn't that stone. You'd have to touch his actual body with it to shut him down, and he minimizes his presence as much as possible while doing things like this.

@@Jackplayz-12345 Mr.3's power is secreting wax from his body, not controlling wax. Pica's power is merging with and controlling existing stone. Still in both case's the wax and stone arent actually part of the users body.

Thing is I'm confused about why sea prism stone works the way it does, we are told that it holds "the power of the sea" and that those who have eaten a fruit are "rejected" by the ocean or something along those lines. Except.... A devil fruit user can still use their power underwater, we saw it in Arlong park with Luffy, Robin can use her power underwater if she tries hard enough and I'm sure we see an example of a zoan later who stays in his hybrid form despite being at the bottom of the ocean. Hell in the flashback when Luffy first eats the fruit he's able to stay afloat because he's so small and, although I think it's filler, there's a scene where Luffy jumps overboard to save Chopper and is actually able to kick for a bit before he tires himself out. So if seawater is naptime then why is sea prism complete negation? But yeah, it generally only seems to work when the person themselves is in the water and not something theyve used their power on. In theory Diamante could probably lock his cape into a raft and ride it no problem.

Picas voice is a top 10 one piece reveal lol. And sea prism isn’t explained well until much later, but basically it only has an affect on the power user. Like you can’t melt it with the flare flare fruit, but it doesn’t turn off the flames unless it touches Ace/Sabo. Touching the stone pica is controlling won’t really do anything, either to the cuffs or to pica.

I think a short arc after Dressrosa (leading into Film Gold, like there were a couple episodes after Fishman Island where they fought the Neo Marines from Film Z. Pretty sure Zoro fought Momonga in that filler. Good times.), another ACTUAL one after the next arc, and another couple sets of episodes related to Stampede and Film Red?

@@nemjor9253 Yes, at this point in time there are 12 filler episodes between where he is (683) and where the broadcast is (1106). There are also a bunch of special recap episodes during Wano and Egghead that don't contribute to the total episode count, but were released in the normal timeslot instead of a numbered episode

Fuji won't act cause he wants the world to see how bad the warlords truly are. Sure he could save many people by intervening but so many more would suffer if he helps maintaining this system by mitigating the damage done and therefore contributing to cover the whole catatrophe up. On the other hand if the world sees that the navy didn't stop the pirate destroying an island cause they are allied with him and another pirate had to step in and stop him it would show how dangerous and illogical the warlord system truly is.
