MJ I feel that you should consider building sis and family an addition to their house and to yours too. I’d also suggest fixing their ceiling with insulation etc. and at a minimum add more rooms or generally enlarge their house and finish it off with insulation and a/c etc And as I previously mentioned , I suggest that you also add more rooms to your house either instead or as well as….. I can’t do a rebuild to my house in Vancouver because I am not rich enough. To rebuild would cost us 72 million pesos approximately thanks

She should have tried propagating the wine grapes so she can test how the local wine would taste there - as what the French said, wine is all about “terroir”!
