The fufu goes with the groundnut soup and the Ghanaian jollof is from Ghana in W/A. The pie and puff puff you can get in Ghana and Nigeria. The agushi you tried is from Nigeria. Ghanaians have agushi stew but we eat it with boiled cut yam or boiled plantain and might taste different from the Nigerians! You both did very well 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I think Des loves the Ghanaian food more! The African foods are very spicy so if you don't like spicy foods like Juju please let them know before you buy. Loads of love from 🇬🇭.

As a Nigerian🇳🇬🇳🇬, I'll say you guys really tried for first-timers. An average Nigerian grew up eating spicy meals, and non-spicy meals kinda taste bland. The moimoi is usually eaten with custard, oats, etc. and could also be eaten with the jollof rice too. For the Fufu and Pounded yam, it's been an ancient debate cos while a lot of people swallow theirs, others prefer to chew. In all, you guys did a good job. Much love from Nigeria🥰🇳🇬🇳🇬

🇬🇭 jollof all the way! lol yeah you get used to the spice after eating spicy foods constantly. And fufu is made from plantain and cassava or coco yam and cassava. You’re definitely supposed to swallow it, the taste is weird when you chew it. I enjoyed watching this 👏🏾
