The 'Kulfi' is basically Mango (in this case), Milk, and Condensed Milk mixed together and frozen. Bit different from ice cream... but similar. And, the white dessert is "RasMalai". However your's look 'white'. It's supposed to have saffron in it and should ideally have a slight golden-yellow hue, and fragrant due to thickened milk and saffron.

I'm a very picky eater, but I do love new foods. I just pick off the parks I can't do. Or I make it homemade. Naan bread is really easy to make and super delicious. Good job Julian!!!
