Assuming a generator paralleled with grid. If the AVR voltage is set to the grid voltage and later Should the grid voltage increase above the generator voltage setting, will there be reverse power?

reverse power takes place when the power developed by the prime mover drops below idling power. in the situation mentioned the kvar of the alternator will reduce
