I think the explanation for proportional gain (start at 6:30) doesn't properly explain occurrence of offset when using proportional control only. This is due to the fact that the set point (and process value), i.e. position, is actually the result of integration of the control output (i.e. throttle, which can be assumed to be linear to speed at steady state).

Really don't like the analogy and found it hard to follow. Would prefer it with real world example (for example boost control).
