SOOO happy to see a Black girl with this piercing! I believe that our aftercare for ear piercings is a bit different than that of other races because we don't wash our hair as often and use more oils, etc in our hair. Therefore, I think its a little bit more difficult to keep our piercings from getting as much build up. But, its good to know that yours did not get infected. OAN: I typically use real/ raw Black Soap to clean my piercings. It seems to speed up the healing process.

Your conch piercing is so nice 😊😊😊 i just got mine, i got tragus, conch and flat all on same day. I read online that they hurt badly but some how im lucky i didnt feel pain so im happy. I found what hurt was them tightening the jewelry after but I didn't feel anything for the actual piercing which was unexpected 😊😱

I loveee Studs Nolita! Since December, I’ve been going to either reopen old piercings or to get new piercings. Ash did my piercings & she’s so sweet & fast! When she did my tragus, it was the best experience. I didn’t hear a crunch, I didn’t bleed, & it didn’t hurt. This was my second time getting my tragus pierced & my first experience was horrible & I definitely heard a crunch. I plan on going this month for my daith, I think I’m addicted lol I’m taking your video as a sign cause it’s such a coincidence that I’ve been thinking about getting it pierced & you posted a video about it AND went to the same place that I go to lol For the piercing aftercare spray, the NeilMed company sells a bigger size on Amazon which really comes in handy since the smaller size runs out fast. Okay, I’m done lol sorry for long comment 😂

Studs in Nolita and UES horrible place. Even though this company is franchised all over the country, I don’t recommend going to them. The whole company is non-compliant with health regulations. They aren’t professionals, nor their piercers are licensed, and not trained properly. They got mad because they had give me a refund for the botched piercings they gave me. Please monitor your piercings you get from them, and get a second opinion because they might reject.
