Today in Chips Green World I’m in the potting shed transforming my 20 year old Pieris Japonica , Japanese Andromeda in to a bonsai tree for the first time , repotting & pruning into a beautiful small tree 🌳

Jeez I think I healed an ulcer watching this, I'm so zen :) I actually have pieris in a pot somewhere, might need to get the snips out and give it a haircut. Lovely job

Cats don't move so well as dogs, but as you love spud as much as you do and she obviously loves being with you, then I'm sure she will be just as happy and settled as she is now. Best wishes to you all ❤

Amazining job that you did on the Japonica. You took it from looking like a shrub in need of pruning to a lovely ethereal miniature tree. Sorry to hear about the sale falling through. Can't imagine why anyone would not want to live in that beautiful garden you created.

Thank You Lizzy 🤠 no I don’t bring Pieris in over winter as she is fine in the cold 🥶 she has been in a pot in the top garden for the last 7 years now without any problems at all ❄️ so quite a hardy little thing 🌳 all the best & happy gardening 🌱 Chip
