After determining the cause of the failure, I'll try to extend the tutorial content including a complete demonstration on how Inverter type micro-wave works and how to make a general diagnostic procedure.

I purchased the relays on eBay, the cost was aprox $10 usd for 3 units including shipping. There are other sources where you can get parts, here are a few suggestions:
Digikey, Element14, Newark, Mouser, etc, it's also possible to find a Panasonic service center near your location that will supply you with parts.
Fixing something that can still render good services is way better than throw away and waste.
