Ummmm are you confused?? 'Sex" refers to what's between your legs. Gender is between your ears. They are NOT the same thing. One is based on biology, and the other is not. Why on earth is this so hard to understand for some people???

In Arkansas, you can claim to be either sex and get this legal identification card to reflect this....even the so-called REAL ID/enhanced license (which is really just another step toward the social credit score system/enslavement). It doesn't matter what your birth certificate says. They are working hard to eliminate facts and reality.

Sex is physical sexual type acts including but not limited to intercourse. Gender is male or female. About 15 years or so ago. Medicine started using the terminology of sex and gender separate and specific. Patients and infants in utero were considering male or female GENDER. SEX was specifically used for sexual relations. This was done to clarify confusion between the two terms. Especially amoung younger or traumatized patients where confusion could be an issue. It absolutely nothing to do with LGBT.
