omph if you’re around a korean area there will be korean bakeries...albeit disguised under french names lmao. the biggest chain bakeries in the us (if you’re from the us too) are: paris baguette & tous les jours!! 85C is a Taiwanese bakery but also a very popular chain bakery with good cakes 🤤 pls i just want you to enjoy cake

that last guy though, mad respect for him. didn’t use a “proper” scooper but used a regular bowl instead (i know his hands must cramp a lot just by that) and didn’t have a leveler to cut them, just eyed it and it still came out perfect.

Or just really just anyone who has a lot of experience thing. I got a procedure done at a doctor that only required local anesthesia. There was a med student in the room. My doctor was explaining where the incision needed to be made and eye balled it, drawing a line in marker. She then said “well I guess I better measure properly with you [the med student] watching.” She grabbed a ruler and was less than 1/2 a centimeter off, Well within the appropriate parameters for the incision to be placed. She explained “when you do this procedure several times a day, several day per week for as long as I have, you get good at eye balling it” She’s an older white woman.

I used to bake cakes in a bakery where I had to crank out production cakes most of the day then do special orders. When I started doing some at home for extra cash my daughter saw me icing my first cake and I was using whipped icing. I plopped a big glob and she freaked out! She said “momma why are you using so much?” I told her that most of it was gonna be scraped off. She did not believe me till she say there and watched me do it. Lol. I miss making special cakes.

The last guy working by himself with the stripped apron, has mad skills. I trained as a baker, and that guy is a master. The rest of them could be working at your local Costco, they're all assembly line workers, but not that guy, he's the real deal.
