I love watching Dr. Bilquis, she’s so calm , has such a healing energy and great remedies, the host needs to shut up and stop interfering! I wish the channel reads these comments! She’s so disturbing and disrespectful towards the guests! Just shut up and let them speak, why scream and talk like she’s a trauma news reporter!! Just because of her talking, I’d never watch the full show! my BP almost went up 😵‍💫

Red lentils dal soaked overnight Sugur 1 tbsp blend it... Take 1tbsp lentils paste + 1tbsp milk powder make a paste apply on face and massage then let it dry.... use two time a week
