Every household is suffering from it and we are seeing it growing in our surroundings and creeping in ourselves😢, it's sooooo subtle in our own elves that we all need self reflection daily as you said Alhumdulilah. summery: Narcissist personality types, 1.gradual type: no empathy 2.Malignant type: they causes harm to others[and also involved in criminal activities] difference b/w psychopath and Malignant ,psychopath never feel pity but Malignant narcissist do feel sometime 3.Coward type: they seems normal but ..they always blame 4.communal type: they do very good deeds to be admired they are socially active and they don't care of people these are psychological disorders precautions: 1. admit they are not gonna change 2. don't take it personally even if they insult you or commend you 3.don;t believe on their words believe on their behavior and actions 4.don't validate yourself your feelings to them and if you are a narcissist : 1. self reflection 2.enhance your capacity 4. consult a psychiatrist ..

Dr sahab, what worries me is that Pakistani society comprises of mostly semi educated people and they may start attributing people are narcissit whom they dont like. In west, couples call each other that after breakup etc. So it is an easy way out for us humans to put all the blame on other person and label him or her. The fact is that human relationships are very complex and people are sometimes right and sometimes at fault and at the end of the day a big part of our life is about being a good listener, having ability to forgive/ ignore and understanding people's backgrounds and limitations, admitting where we are at fault and giving credit to others where it is due. Appreciation and patience goes a long way. Most part of our life is how we perceive things and choose to react to them.

I used to live with a narcissist room mate. Initially, it was very difficult to deal with the brother on daily basis but as time went by our relationship improved. I used to give him dawah and engaged him in positive discussion on praying, and faith went well Alhamdullelah. One thing i noticed his mood used to often change at one point he was aggressive other time he was jolly. Very unpredictive May Allah give us patience.
