Finally another 5 minute tutorial. How to do a backflip 180. In my opinion it helps to have a backflip and a front flip before this move. Also, I believe the timing and the tuck is the most important part to this move when it comes to landing it high up. These simple progressions throughout these 5 minutes can help!

gymnastics tip for everyone who struggles to front handspring, just do it with your hands distant to your feet, just long jump, not kilometers, but if you do at least with a meter within your hands and feet, it will help to bounce

If you want to learn the Arabain the best way to learn it is by doing these steps! Step 1: Learn Backflip and Frontflip (optional) (But they will help you learn this move easier) Step 2: Front roll Step 3: Turn away from the Front roll turn into it choose a side you feel comfrontable with. Step 4: Do a 180 Front roll (Back Roll 180) Step 5: Jump into the Arabain Front roll Step 6: Commit and Do the Arabain Flip Step 7: Practice and Go at your own peace That how I would the Arabian Flip if I want to learn it fast and easier. This is a good tutorial as well but some people the fronthandspring is more harder than a Arabain and Frontflip. But you could use these easier to help you. Maybe another way you learn it is by doing these other steps using the Backflip method! Step 1: Learn Backflip Step 2: Do a Backflip Step 3: Do a Backflip and turn 90 degress during the flip and land sideways like a side flip (learn sideflip and help with twist) Step 4: Do a Backflip and Turn 180 after landing. Step 5: Do a Backflip and turn 180 into Frontflip in middle of the take off Step 6: Practice and Go at your own peace Step 7: Do the Arabian Flip and land on your feet. Step 8: Be careful and keep training safe! I hope this helps
