WOW!! Was bored and just clicked on the video because of the singers somewhat unusual stage outfit and found probably the first heavy band that truly impressed me in several years!!! To my ears I'm hearing Clutch, Electric Wizard. Sleep, and another one or two influences that I can't quite named at this moment all mixed perfectly together!

I prefer this version over the album. I like the slower pace... it sounds like a monster stomping through a city.

That guitar tone is chefs kiss, so gnarly, whole song live version sounds better than the studio version to me. Love the slightly slower tempo. Y’all are the shit!

I've watched this everyday for about a week. Always liked them anyway but man alive this is good. The best bands always look like they should all be in completely different bands from each other but these fellahs look like they should never even have met! Brilliant.

As everyone else has pointed out -- the recording and mix is stellar. Singer def channeling some Rollins - mass fuzz tones -- dig it.

I'm imagining a bar fight with these guys; the singer and the bassist are unexpected judo masters, long hair guitar guy smashes a beer bottle over your head, guitar guy with a hat has pocket sand. And at the end of it, the drummer walks over, pats you on the back and says "maybe next time, kid".

Whenever I'm in a rut of listening to the same stuff, KEXP always saves the day! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

The Pigs x7 bassist is really living his best life. Barefoot, legs splayed, jean shorts on, staring blissfully toward the ceiling with a huge grin on his face while he chugs away at like 90+ dB. Saw them in Portland last month and it was seriously one of the loudest shows I've ever been to. Every band member motioned to have the sound booth turn their monitor up during the first song. Except of course, the bassist.

Sound quality and mix superior. The members become one, the energy contagious and anchoring, entrancing, thank you

Drummer needs a lot of credit for this mix. He playing with dynamics and letting the cymbals breathe. Drummers that play like that are fantastic to record live.

This sounds so much better than any of their studio stuff I checked out after watching. Not that those albums sound bad at all, it's just their set here sounds incredible. Beyond the amazing mix, the tempo is better than the studio version of this particular track. This would make a great live album.

At some point (quite some time ago) John (Bass player) and Matthew (Singer) were in a band called Blown Out, a psyched out jam rock band. We did a gig together and hung out, and they needed a place to sleep. So me and my roommate offered our house (we lived in Amsterdam close to the venue), and they stayed for 2 days. I had some classes next day (was still a student at the time) and when I came back, they were playing GTA-5 in our living room and chilling out. Gordon (bassplayer from Terminal Cheesecake, among others) also came to hang out. Great times, it's really great to see them on the big KEXP!

I really love simple groove riffs like this, makes you realize that if you don't have your own style you'll just end up sounding like everyone else. These boys took a riff you might find in an old 60's or 70's hard rock song and made it feel new. Gotta know what you're doing to pull that off. (7:24 I also wear my guitar like a necklace so I must respect my fellow high up guitar player)

55 year old retired firefighter from England. I'm so glad I grew up the 80s / 90s. Those times were an explosion of musical genres that spread over the world. I've got an eclectic taste in music thanks to that. This band, I discovered by KZfaq roulette, and quite frankly have blown me away!! The earworms have plagued me for the last week, and I'm looking up tour dates now. Superb, superb, superb!! Some bits remind me of Smashing Pumpkins and Radiohead . Both bands I love. This though, best I've heard for years!! I love sausage, I love bacon, I love PIGS PIGS PIGS PIGS PIGS PIGS PIGS!!
