Thanks for posting this process! I have 2 questions for you: do you do the filling in 1 step or do you pour multiple layers? And, is the heat generated from the cure process ever an issue for you? Thanks again, mate!

Hi. The micro balloons and resin fill is done in one process. Because it is such a small amount I have never had issue with heat. Also because it is cured over a fairly long time. Thanks for the questions. 👍

Awesome video. I found a boar skull in a field in the middle of the mountains. I have extracted the Tusks and I would like to prepare them for jewelry in the future. One of them has a slight crack not completely. What would you recommend to fix this crack? Also, would epoxy resins work to fill the tusk?

Thanks. Just using epoxy resins would be quite heavy. Use the same as I have here. Before pouring the mix in the tusk. Make sure it is clean inside and dry. Bind the tusk or wrap with sticky tape to close the crack. After it has set you won't see the crack. Hope this helps. 👍👍
