She's a self-made person who has always thought she's got everything she needs right there in her place. But one day, she encountered something that rattled her. Slowly broke down her defenses and her beliefs. She frantically runs after this thing, this "idea". Wanting it out of her system. But the idea left---her a key. And it's up to her if she would open and BE open to it.

She was satisfied with her boxed & limited life within the comfort of her routine & familiarity... suddenly something enters her life, disturbs her comfort zone, causing wreck & havoc... the inconvenience leaves her devastated but she got curious & chases it... she bravely & eagerly used the tool left behind to break her box to discover a whole new world outside she never knew existed... Sometimes comfort causes you to miss a lot in life. Be brave, don't settle for little & get out of your comfort zone. Inconveniences thrown in our lives can be blessings in disguise. (As someone who suffers chronic depression & mobility issues, this hits so close to home... Thank you to everyone who worked on this amazing project :)

Okay so i think the girl has ocd and is afraid to ever have mess in her life but now she threw all of that realising that she was isolated,finnally finding the key to a normal, messy, but normal life
@cheechee64733 жыл бұрын
Nah I just think she just had an internal life routine thinking everything was right there. But as she progressed opening the drawers, she realised there was so much more out there in store. It’s also related to getting out of your comfort zone. The drawers represent her comfort zone but there’s an itch somewhere in her mind desperately wanting to be scratched: that there’s more OUT THERE, and that staying home most of the time and pursuing a routine entailed to combust the outside world is going to prevent you from experiencing life at its best. The girl may have been suffering from social anxiety, agoraphobia, or she may have simply been underestimating her talents. But that scratch lead her to opening other drawers that allowed her to experience more of life and opened her full potential as a human.

I thought about 2 things 1 - Like a lot of the comments here, leaving you comfort zone, trying new things etc 2 - Actually, this is the first thing I thought, my friend too, that's growing up, at first she had everything without needing any effort, like a baby or a kid that has their parents to take care of them and everything, but then, she starts growing and has responsabilities and everything starts to get messy in her life because she is confused and still don't know how to take care of everything and just want everything to be like the start, she wants to become a kid again, but then, she decides to change everything and make a new path for her life. + My friend thinks that the confetti in the drawer at 5:30 means puberty(Menstruation) so she really thinks it's growing up (I'm really bad at explaining, so is probably a little bit confusing what I said lol)

I see a person, it could be a woman or a man with long hair, who is very lonely and tries to handle all on his/her own and created during the time a daily routine until something blows his/her mind and smashes down his/her beliefs what that person learned at school. The person realizes these beliefs are not true and there is so much more in life to explore than just to work like a machine for example his/her sexual needs. This person tried to ignore his/her vulnerable sexual drive until he/she explodes. The loosing heart could be a sign for not getting hurt or to be touched by someone. I guess it's message is you can grow as a person and getting intimate with someone is absolutely fine if both feel the same way. Very deep interesting animation for understanding hersfelf/himself better. Thank you

Wanna know what happened next? She went outside and saw this: Beautiful sunlight cast it's warm touch on her face, her dry lips began to smothen down as the cold wind blew swiftly across her face. She took a deep breath and realized that what a beautiful world she has missed. She was so happy, she broke into tears and she looked upon herself, she was just a normal girl but her monologues routine and extreme laziness made her feel like she was jus a stck of drawers, for the first time she felt her heart beat, since then she has been living a healthy and happy life, she still gets good vibe as she eats delicious and hot food which she makes on her own.

Good depiction of the internet being all you live for - so much you forget there is real life to live until it breaks down & you're released from the matrix.

A good video that tells you that it is important to go out without having to mess around with SNS without doing anything special

This is a beautiful work. & the work that went in to it? Beautiful. All that we think we are is within ourselves, till we find we cannot be, until we know that without. Or some such spurious diffusion lol

This is my opinion: she was a stable girl, until a man(mouse) tried to make her love him, he just make her live mess, but he also make her found another box on her back she never found it before, when the mouse "man" disappeared, she didn't back to the first statue, she discover a new way to see live.... Sorry about my English ❤

I saw this years ago and I randomly thought about it every so often for a long time. I was just doing it again, and decided to seek it out. I was expecting a bit of difficulty in locating this video, but with just a search of "short film of person with drawers in their chest" it popped up.
