This literally killed my thighs and I realised how weak my thighs actually are! Will do this more regularly to strengthen them up! Thank you for the Perfect explanations, Katja❤️

Katja, I really enjoy your workouts. You are an excellent instructor and I always feel challenged when I take your courses. I also enjoy that you have no music playing and it's just your voice which promts me. My only regret is that I don't live in England or I would sign up for your classes.
