This quick 20 minute workout is a burner, don’t let the quick workout fool you. Alex takes you through a reformer workout that will work every muscle in a very short amount of time. Getting ready to work, tone, and sweat in just 20 minutes.

Just finished this workout, what a short but effective one, thank you!! ❤ I wanted to ask, during the workout do you have the spring bar closest to the foot rest or to the carriage? I never know which setting to put it one. Thank you so much!!

@@HolisticMovementPilatesI don’t think so, my machine has height, built from wood and has a space near the footrest where you can change how close or far you want the springs to be to the footrest. I got it from “Your Reformer”

I have 2 jump board cardio classes on my KZfaq channel. Would you prefer a reformer class that incorporates some jump board, and it’s focused solely on jump board?
