- PILATES WORKOUT FOR THE LEGS -
This is the perfect short and focused Pilates class when you want to work on Pilates Exercises for balance and leg strength. You won’t even need to get down on your Pilates mat for this Standing Routine.
You can move with this short 10 minute Pilates Workout alone or combine it with another Pilates class if you want a longer class.
If the balance is a challenge, do this class with no mat. You can either use the foam roller for extra support or stand near a wall so you can touch the wall to help with balance.
Breath deep, connect into your strong legs, and find your Pilates flow with this all-standing class.

What an awesome little workout! I struggle with balance - and the fact that I need to work out for at least 45 mins to be effective but this shows that 10 mins can kick butt and change my mindset at the end of a tough day. This was great!! thank you.

I like it that you tell us to keep the heel on the floor. Single leg toe lift is not easy, balance different from other leg here as well. Good class. Thanks again.

Great class! Trying to incorporate some of your shorter classes into my lunch break at work to break up my day of sitting. Also did this one without foam roller and was able to get some heat building in my legs by the end. Thank you!

Hi Beth! This was great for me. I struggle with balance and strength in my left foot and calf after surgery. I am going to do this a couple of times a week from now on. I think it will help so much. I paired this with your centering pilates workout which is another connect class from the membership. Went great together! Thank you!

Loved this one!! Did it over lunch to take a break from sitting at the computer. Although it’s not a long routine, it will really get your heart rate going with some heavy breathing! I have to get a longer foam roller for next time. Paired it with your Bar Pilates Stretch (5 min Shoulder Mobility) Routine.

Good one again. I have no foam roll so did it without. I noticed that you were either having a cold or were very tired. Perhaps you did this exercise twice, which I will do as you recommend as an option. I found the lifting on the toes hardest and indeed felt very grounded afterwards. It really has an impact! Loving your program.
