I really appreciate your vlogs! It’s cool seeing stuff like the flight plans, crew rest area, along with getting a feel for the schedule & logistics as a commuter. I’ve been considering this career & this is my favorite channel so far that I’ve seen for pilot vlogs. Great work

I appreciate and enjoy these videos. I am a former FedEx Express ramper (KMSY), driver (Chicago), and sorter (KORD). I left FedEx this past summer to have more time and flexibility for flight training. I'm now working on my instructor certs and hope to be at the regionals by summer 2024. FedEx is the goal so it's nice seeing a FDX pilot on here. Something to look forward to and it's nice having what feels like an inside look at FDX flight ops. Best of luck and happy flying, hopefully you guys and girls get the industry-leading contract, and keep up the excellent content!

Hi Pete I am an airline pilot currently on A320, wishing to work in Fedex or UPS someday. In your video I see you got your deadhead fare from your company if you choose not to ride them. Is it same for the international deadhead? As my family is living in Korea I guess I can pick up all the deadhead travel starting from Japan China and HK which is basically 2hours flight from Korea, if I can get a deadhead fare calculated based on departure from the USA that is a lot of money . Wonder this is feasible, if so how much seniority should I have to get this deadheads? Thanks in advance

Did you get hired and then all of a sudden change your base? NO THEY DID NOT. Why don't you talk about why you do not live where you are based? Why don't you talk about why you CHOSE to commute? YOU chose to commute. It was YOUR decision. Do not make a sob-story that makes the uninformed think that this is something your company has made you do. MOVE if you don't like it.
