I tried the recipe and it turned out very well!! The whistle needed is 10 in pressure cooker!! I did not Anar Dana so I used amchur instead !! Very good indeed !!

Chef... पिंडी चने या छोले में न तो टमाटर और न ही प्याज़ डलता है। वो तो सिर्फ मसालों से ही बनते है। ये सब तो अमृतसरी छोले में डलता है। कृपया clear करे। thank you

Saaleya 1947 to pehla Punjab ek si, Rawalpindi bhi India Ch hi hunda si, that's why it was called like this ye hun haiga ohh area pakistan ch. Je pta na hove na te muh na kholega kro. Or aavde pyo nu na dseya kro kuj.
