Makes me think of my aunt who just passed away. She loved to collect pine cones. I have her little collection on my table. I wish I could do something like this to preserve the pinecones she collected in memory of her. I took care of her for a year and a half. She had dementia. She fell last February and broke her upper femur. She did not recover from the fall. Oh how I miss her. I am still grieving over her. So this reminds me of her. Beautiful bowl!!

I love this! It has an awesome 3-dimensional look and kinda makes me think of an alien planet with crazy flames burning up weird-shaped structures. At 27:47 the left pinecone even looks like an alien with one eyed face. Lol! I hope you do make this one again. It's really super fun!

@@PohlBarnProductions oh wow, I thought it was big enough. But I only do small projects like pen blanks, knife scales and hidden tang knife handles. But it will be a little less than 2 years before I can do that

I could get it shorter in the 6" chamber, I can't get my forearm down the damn 4" tube LOL
