Pine needle & Chaga Tea - How to make healthy forest tea

I have got tons of questions about how I make my pine needle tea since I showed it in a vlog earlier. So now I decided to dedicate this whole video to this wonderful tea of the forest!
I love to combine the pine needles with some other ingredients, like Chaga powder. In that way it really makes this tea to taste like the forest. And it is also a boost for the immune system.
In this video I show you exactly how I do and what I use for my favorite tea.
Ingredients:
Pine needles
Chaga Powder
Ginger
Honey
I hoep you enjoyed the video!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WATCHING! ♥

I loved learning about this tea. Many years ago a Native American woman I worked with made me some pine needle tea with honey because I was having some immune issues. Back then I thought it was odd to make a tea from pine but now I know she was trying to help me with natures medicinals. I am going to look for the powdered mushroom in the stores. I am in the Southern United States in Tennessee., I hope it will be available :) Your videos are so peaceful and relax me after a long stressful day. I used to live in Fairbanks, Alaska over 30 years ago when my ex husband was in the army. I could not take the darkness in winter it completely depressed me. Seeing you conquer the Northern winter darkness is therapy to my mind. It actually can be done! I subscribed and can’t wait to see all of your videos. Beautiful cinematography and editing !!!! How did YT get me here? My grandmother made something similar: She used to collect the fresh tips of the pine branches (they are a lighter green) and mixed them with sugar and left them as is for months. After a while, the sugar would melt and become green. That sirup was used as medicine and as a sweet.

you truly enchanted me with this video Jonna! I was about to head to sleep, but obviously this had to be the last video to watch before I drift off. Thanks for bringing such amazing peace and tranquility into the world through your good energies and wonderful art, that you both choose to share with us all. I am feeling blessed and grateful for a sight into your world. I think we must probably be less than 15 hours apart by car, as I live close to the border of Northern Sweden. I hope you're able to live your life well during these times. Nature is always a place to feel humble and bring us down to earth.

I love the image when you have that wood cup next to a branch full of pine needles, it's like the forest was offering you that cup and then you take it thankfully. Your videos are amazing Jonna, I can't stop smiling when I watch them. Greetings from Spain. And thank you

Jonna, your videos make me so at peace. These last few months I have been in a deep depression due to a cat passing away, and more recently, my friend losing her battle with liver problems. Many nights I have cried myself to sleep, but I found your channel and was instantly hooked. You seem so free. So happy. My goal is to have that happy and free personality. Soon, I will break from these chains of sadness and run free. Thank you Jonna.

You are such a light and a gift to the world. You found your home and peace living with nature, trasuring her along and acknowledging her as your mother that she is of us all. Her creativity born yours when she is observed and seen.:) This is so enlightning to see. Your energy is really strong and u open people's canals (energy ones) and u kinda flow through. Amazing. You are helping a lot of people (souls) just by being you. It's so nice to see someone who does that as well. I love you and you are amazing. Channel of pureness. :) And that's the 1.st comment i ever wrote EVER in my life on youtube. and to all others, love and be kind. xxx

I tried that on Monday and now I have been drinking this tea during the whole week. Instead of Chaga powder I added some frozen raspberries from our garden. I love the taste of the forest. I collect the needles with my horse. It's even better and you can get the needles from the higher boughs. (Sorry for my bad englisch) Lovely greetings Gina, Enania and Eowyn

hey, I am writing from Bhutan, a very small country. I am so glad to have opened one of your videos few months ago, It awakened something in me. I am so in love with the beauty that i see and feel every time I open your videos. I can connect so much with it. I always loved nature soo much, so much to the point that I used to taste green plants and soil from the mountains every time i went out. Bhutan is a very small developing country and most of it is covered in forest. My home land in the southern Bhutan has a subtropical climate (no snow :( )and up north the climate is really cold with lots of snow. I always loved snow and wanted to move up north leaving my homeland, but your video inspired me to embrace what i have within me and around me. You made me fall in love with the rain which i usually dreaded and you made me want to appreciate the sun so much. Thank You for reaching out to so many of us and changing our lives. A good soul yearns to help others like you do...

I've been drinking St. John's Wort and Chaga tea every winter for years. They both grow in abundance here in northern michigan. The St. John's treats depression, high blood pressure and insomnia, while the Chaga treats and prevents cancer, so I'm told. Tastes great, too. I'll add some pine needles this year for added taste and nutrition. Thank you Jonna.
