I love it when you take us out to see the cows. We raised cows also and ours were happy cows. We named some also and had a few that would come up and let us pet them. They're was a few We had named. I love talking to the cows. Thanks again because it takes me back to our farm.

I love this pineapple casserole and the first time I made it it I used pre grated cheese and it didn’t melt….I had notice that in other things I had made and used the pregrated cheese so I started buying my cheese in blocks and grate it as I need it… now all my casseroles turn out great and the cheese is melted! ♥️I love your channel and your love for God and you and John are not afraid to mention His name and your love for Him♥️💜♥️

I just found this channel while I was looking for the recipe for pineapple casserole (it's a favorite of mine but I hadn't made it in a while) and after watching, subscribed right away. The whole vibe reminds me of my family, living in the country, having our farm animals and pets, the whole Southern vibe. It was like visiting home. Thank you for the unexpected trip down memory lane, Amy! Side note, some of my family are from North Carolina so the Southern accent might of had something to do with it! I loved watching the back and forth between John and yourself, you seem like real down to earth folks. Beautiful kitchen btw, I love that little island.) I just pulled my pineapple casserole out of the oven and you're right, it smells heavenly! I used the crushed pineapple this time but I have use pineapple chunks the past. I love looking at your farm. I live in my grandparents farmhouse In SC. It a little over 100 years old and tiny. After my divorce of 20 years, I came back home and my mother asked if I wanted the house before they die. She told me it was to be my inheritance and they were tired of dealing with renters. I moved in and have slowly remodeled it. It is my little cottage. I recently had to replace the roof and the roofer was a guy I went to elementary school with. He said “I remember you getting off the bus at this house”. My grandparents took care of us after school. I have done a lot of living in this house. I dread the day I may have to sell it because my daughter keeps telling me I need to be closer to her. She is 30 miles away. But I am 64 and have health issues.

Look now I have lived in Ga my whole life ...and have never heard of this pineapple casserole.... But anything with cheddar cheese gets my attention. I am not a fan of the pear casserole but I would try this in a heartbeat...I love your cows...
