Amazing tangy and sweet pineapple karam is finger-licking delicious.

•Ingredients•
1 Pineapple slightly sweet n sour
1 Coconut grated
5 Bedgi chillies
8 Small local chillies
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 spoons jaggery
2 springs curry leaves
1/2 tsp methi seeds
•Method•
Cut the pineapple into small pieces, apply salt and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan ,add asafoetida, peppercorns, and red chillies,stir fry for a minute.
Dry roast the coconut and grind along with all the ingredients to a coarse paste
Dry roast 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and pound them,add to the ground paste
Heat oil in a kadai,add the tempering,once it splutter add pineapple pieces and stir for a minute,add the ground paste, cover and cook for about 15 mins,add jaggery n salt cook further for 10 mins.
