I'm sure many people will have fond memories of enjoying store bought, bakery style pineapple pastries. Today we are going to make some fresh, homemade, eggless pastries that will absolutely melt in your mouth :)
All you need is some tinned/fresh pineapples and some whipping cream and you are good to go!
It is also easy to prepare, and can be your go-to recipe for quick desserts.

Ingredients:
7” Square shaped Vanilla sponge - • Eggless Vanilla Sponge...
Whipped Cream - 500g
Pineapple Compote- 200g
Cut pineapple pieces- 200g
Fresh cherries for garnish
Mint leaves for garnish
Sugar syrup for soaking
Yields 6 pastries (full size) or 8 medium size pastries.
Storage and shelf life :
Consume within 2 days as it contains fresh fruits. Store it in the refridgerator.
