3 cups of all-purpose flour ,2 cups of granulated sugar, one cup of brown sugar (packed ).1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, two and a half sticks of butter, 4 eggs ,one half teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder ,one teaspoon of vanilla extract and one teaspoon of pineapple extract.
Topping- one cup of brown sugar packed 1/2 stick of butter and one 20 oz can of sliced pineapples.
bake 325 for 1hour 15 minutes to 1hour and 20 minutes

@@bignicks124 I think I left it in till I could touch sides. Still pretty warm but it needs to be some warm to turn out. Was afraid topping of pineapple etc would stick. It was a delicious cake.

I made this cake. It came out beautiful. I used pineapple chunks because I didn’t have slices. Now the taste was delicious and it was moist however it was dense. Was it supposed to be dense or did I mix it too much? I know that when you use a cake mix it’s more of a light texture Also in your recipe you wrote four eggs but in the video you said five. I used five, which one is correct? I would be very happy to receive a reply because the taste is perfect. Just the right sweetness and I definitely want to make it again. Thank you

Sorry about the egg mix up the recipe calls for five eggs and the dense could be your oven turn your oven on 350 get you a thermometer and check to make sure that your oven is cooking at 350 that's one of the reason I always say your temperature may vary because ovens are a little bit different

I normally let them cool in the pan 15-20 minutes then I take them out
