A nice nostalgic trip back in time, I worked on a few films at Pinewood and so enjoyed this, and if anyone would like to see some Behind the Scenes photos of "THE LAST DAYS OF POMPEII" 1984, & "SUPERGIRL" back lot sets, I have a video slide show, on my channel, along with a few other TV & Film related stuff, on fellow Actors I worked with & some of the many Production I worked on, over the years, like (Grange Hill), (Dr Who), and (First of the Summer Wine)!. when I Acted in scenes with Peter Sallis, and he was such a nice man. great memories, and fun times.

Summer Wine was filmed at Pinewood during the late 90's

Ah right, at the time of filming this, they still filmed in Holmfirth, the outside shots anyway....thanks.

The exteriors were always shot at Holmfirth, but the interiors were filmed at Pinewood. It was one of the first TV gigs for Pinewoods new TV ventures. My family was another stabled at Pinewood.
