The reason some of the traditionalist Latin rite Catholics do not like Bishop Barron is because he realizes that the future of the Catholic Church isn't with the Latin language, that is a dead horse. The latin language is just one more unnecessary obstacle or stumbling block to people coming into the Catholic Church so in the Holy Spirit's infinite wisdom he removed that obstacle.

The bishops should have asked Pope Francis to clarify what he meant, rather than publicly accusing him of heresy. There will be confused Catholics who leave the Church over this latest "heresy" of Pope Francis.
