All excellent choices. However, more and more African artists are gaining recognition, which of course is well deserved. What about British ones? esp John Akomfrah. Donald Rodney. Sonia Boyce. Ingrid Pollard. Claudette Johnson. Charlie Phillips. etc etc

STOP trying to keep up with the White Jonses! We need to support everyday, next door artists and not DEMEAN art down to investments but to inner circle knowledge and awareness.
