This Is a union shop, that does work in more than 3 states. They usually get what some of my union brothers would refer to as "hall trash" but none the less they're good hands. The company used to have a bad rep at the hiring hall for being ratty but have been trying hard to change that (though I did call our BA about sheet metal setting our fancoils when I worked for another company on the same jobsite.) safety was somewhat laughable when I worked for them.... that was after this video was made. #189

I wish i knew how to do this. This is much harder than what ppl. Think. Anybody could use a level grind but few know how to layout and you could take this fact to the bank

That's a horrible looking shop. It might be a good lay out, but that's an accident waiting to happen. Probably good they are just a fab shop. They would never make it as a contractor. Nobody would let them in the plant!
