How do you switch between trumpet and horn while keeping a good tone on horn and keeping your range up on trumpet?

@@Marc_Papeghin Are your embouchures very different between the two? I’m just trying to get a more mellow tone on horn, but I play trumpet in my jazz band which might be making me sound extra bright.
