*+Adonis Wiessel* They might milk a 6th one for the finale, as it said *"The final adventure BEGINS".* That's what they did with Dead Man's Chest & At World's End, setting up one really long, complex spectacle told in two parts. Sadly, rather than end it there as they should have, the money just called too loudly for studios & fans to ignore. Hence, we got On Stranger Tides, which proved that even Depp couldn't carry a whole film largely on his own. Lacking leads and shallow side-characters essentially left us a "Jack Sparrow solo" filler arc. Having seemingly learned that lesson, they're now returning Bloom & Knightly, building to what will hopefully be one last ride.
