Mine is coming 8/31/2021 I'M 50 and have not thrown for 33 years. I have a rigged up backstop that I have been using for the last 4 months. Hope to get in a 50 and older league.

I want to get one of these but I'm not sure if I should get the pro size(which is smaller) or the normal size??

I’m going to be the normal size although I can see the point of the larger trying to throw just outside the zone but I’m worried it will mess with my zone recognition.

250-300 if you can throw 65+ and if you can’t maybe 100-150
