It is so nice to have an instructor that knows what she is talking about. The student goes from "Gee I don't know?" to I can actually do it and is so thankful starts to equates the teacher as some kind of divine being.

At the very end, when combining data from another worksheet…The currency for July data is not in U.S. dollars, so before adding the ‘July’ data to the ‘Store’ data the currency should be formatted to U.S. so that the sales amount remains consistently formatted. This instructor states in several videos to always clean data; formatting is a form of cleaning. What an awesomely, awesome trainer; thank you. No more pivot table anxiety for me.

When formatting numbers, if we are supposed to use Value Field Setting and Number Format then why are the options for Format Cells and Number Format in the right click list? I don't see the answer to that.
