The one handed aspect is something that most people will gloss over but as i held my old iphone i found that i cant reach certain actions that i could on my fold. Yes the screen aspect ratio is weird but jts not something im constantly thinking about.

I bought the Pixel fold as my first ever foldable phone and I love it. a couple comments. the crease is a lot less noticeable in real life than it may appear on a video. I barely notice it. and when watching videos I don't notice it at all. The bezel isn't noticeable at all. I am simply not aware of it. The camera is wonderful which is one of the main reasons I went with the pixel. Also I preferred the wider outside screen. I also have been having trouble finding a case with a kickstand but I have the Dbrand case on preorder and it looks better. we will see if it actually is better. For now I have a small foldable stand in my purse that I am using and it works fine. Battery life started bad. I went to beta 14 on the OS and it improved the battery life. And I turned off the song mode thingy and that helped the battery life significantly. having it always listening for a song really does kill the battery way faster. Sometimes though reviewers go into great detail about things like the bezels and the crease but when you have it in your hands these things are total non issues. They also make a big deal about apps not going full screen. That doesn't bother me either. as an example Instagram has borders regardless of which way you turn it and I don't care. It's still bigger and still easy to use. Facebook does cover the screen if you turn it and turning it is totally fine.

But for the software and the interior UI interface I would choose the pixel over the Samsung 😊 because the Google essential apps made alot easier in my 👀

Call quality might be interesting to know , but good review anyway mate . Too me , these things are just way , way too ridiculously expensive given some of the compromises they come with , less durable inner displays , not being fitted with the best camera hardware , less than good/mediocre battery life , and the fact you have to put up with a crappy plastic screen protector that has a piss poor oleophobic coating that turns a greasy mess so fast compared to proper glass displays on conventional slab phones . I dont mind paying the bucks for the good stuff , but its hard to see folds on my shopping list , at least the pixel has some decent width to it . .

Developers need to get their butts in gear and develop for larger screens to solve all these app scaling issues on larger screens.

Zfold the best

Want to hear something funny, the Z Fold 5 is really the Z Fold 4. Lol 😂 all they did was rearrange the camera light lol 😂 . Make the phone fold flat to leave no gap. And they fool customers each year with chip set upgrades because a hair faster sometimes is not noticable enough to say something is faster lol 😂 . All the other Specs is Identical. On Samsung website they know it's the same phone because go to the compare phones section and you will see the specs on Z Fold 4 are identical to Z Fold 5 all they did was rearrange the words like they did the rear Camera lights.

Pro tip: When you hold the Z Fold in landscape, you don't have to rotate it 90° to close it; just pull the top half down. Same for the Pixel Fold when you hold it in portrait. The Pixel's screen looks more like the first-gen Z Fold's with those dimples. Somebody poked your Z Fold, so that's not something common to foldables. The Pixel Fold wins the outer display; the Z Fold wins the inner display. Samsung actually calls the inner screen the "main" screen. OneUI optimizations are through the roof, and a deeper dive into different scenarios would make a nice future video. For example, even in the example shown, Samsung handles things differently depending on whether or not you've requested full-screen KZfaq in an app pair. If you have, it'll do what you showed. If you haven't, it'll keep the side by side layout, regardless of orientation, allowing you to interact with the keyboard. Can the Pixel Fold do that? You had KZfaq on top, the letterboxed app on the bottom; where does the keyboard go? Video, please! 😉

It's weird and at the same time funny, but the Pixel Fold is 8-10mm too wide, while the Fold 4 is 5-6mm too narrow 🤦🏽‍♂️ On the other hand, there is zero chance that I pay $1800 for this Pixel Fold against the Galaxy Fold 5, zero ❌ The software on an Android smartphone, we can change it, it can evolve, but the hardware not, and the hardware of this Pixel Fold is not even worth half of its official selling price.
