We danced this in my kpop dance lesson today and it was so much easier than I tought but now my head hurts lmao

How do you do it??? Every time I tried, I couldn't carry my own weight on my head/neck and felt like it would break :') They do it so smoothly, but it requires so much strength 😪

@@pudimdeumaarmy9632 Hello !So if you're interested. I asked a group to dance and this is what they answered: the most important thing is to transfer most of the weight to your feet + stand not on the top of the head, but on the area closer to the forehead (the flattest part of the skull)

Yeah I noticed that too, my guess is that it was just a difficult move to do for her. Tried following dia during that part, but it hurt haha might just do the same thing Lola does lol.

i think it is because it's quite hard for people with longer legs to sit like that as it usually hurts the knee, but she still slayed!

@@archiveez I actually believe it's more about flexibility than height/long legs. I'm 169 and it's not too complicated for me (because I've been dancing for a while) but I have friends much shorter than me who can't put their legs back like this

My dance teacher said that some people has the kind of legs that they just can’t do that move without hurting them selfs and some people can (so it’s not about height or flexibility and I’m so unflexible and short (153cm) but I can do that)
