In this video we will see how to make vegetable burger in tamil. This Veg burger can be made with a mix of vegetables and it taste way better and crispier than the store bought ones. Since we are using fresh ingredients, the burger patty tastes amazing. In this video I have also demonstrated making the burger bun without oven in a pan. Also we can make our special sauce mix which adds an extra dimension to our burger recipe.

Great recipe. Really didn’t feel the absence of meat in this recipe. For the vegetable patty, I used broccoli, carrot, beans and corn. Ketchup was good too.

I tried many of your recipes and everything came very well. I would say your recipe is fail safe(very unluckily to fail). I was badly waiting to have Vegetable Burger as we don't get it here(All Burgers have non-veg patties), so once I saw the recipe, I was excited and I tried it. It was very yummy, thank you so much. Keep doing the great work. Since I dint had oven/strong kadai, I tried in pressure cooker with salt and kept in a plate over a stand and closed it with a lid, but the bottom of the Burger Bun was burnt little, can you please let me know what mistake I made so that I can correct it next time?
