Looks good, but it is more delicious if you put back the sandwich for a few second (until the mozzarella start melting) close to the fire while the mozzarella face to the fire. For that time you just leave the sandwich on to the pan. Thank you very much for your video again. All of your videos look amazing and are delicious :)
