@@TastyCluster I'm from New Mexico (US) and use Tortillas Every Day... and have always made Quesadillas... I am the self proclaimed QUEEN of making Quesadillas... Especially with New Mexico own Hatch Green Chile... Yum But... I am ashamed to say... I have never made a Tortilla Pizza... Thank you for your help... YUM

They are. So much so that I have at least three a week with tomato sauce, anchovies, turkey peperoni, ham, black and green olives, red and green peppers, onions, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. YUM!

@@familymanof6169 Sounds epic! I try my first tortilla pizza later.. I bet they taste great and it's such a easy way to do pizza. Also to mention that tortillas at the supermarket are very cheap. They even had big ones like 32cm.. Will be a big big pizza!

@@teeaymusik9811 Hi, I've used those too.I have everyone around here eating them. I still have at least three a week. They are delicious, quick, easy, affordable and very versitile. Try this, make you some taco meat, spread some taco sauce on the shell, followed by the cooled taco meat, add your favorite cheese and cook it in the oven until the cheese melts, remove it from the oven, add tomato, lettuce, jalapenos and more cheese! Out of this world! My Hispanic grandchildren are always on grandpa to make these. "Grandpa will you make me a taco pizza"? Making these you are hindered only by your imagination! I hope you tried the one that you mentioned!

I haven't done it myself, but yes, you can use up to 5 tortilla wraps to create a thicker crust for your tortilla pizza. This will result in a more thicker and substantial crust, but be aware that it may take longer to bake and become crispy. Additionally, the increased number of wraps may affect the taste and texture of the pizza, so you may need to adjust your toppings and cooking time accordingly.

Thanks for reaching out! I apologize for any confusion regarding the type of cheese used in the recipe. Both cheddar and mozzarella were used. 🧀 Here in New Zealand, cheddar cheese can have a lighter color because it's often made from grass-fed cows and it tends to be lighter in color compared to cheddar cheese made from cows fed a diet of grains and supplements. The addition of annatto, a natural food coloring gives cheddar cheese its orange color. Some producers choose not to add annatto and therefore the cheese remains its natural white/ light yellowish color. I appreciate your feedback and I hope this information will clarify the confusion. I do not understand when someone like you takes their time and effort to make a GREAT video like this... that someone has to be NASTY.. There are other videos I may not like and will give Constructive Criticism... like the background music is too loud... but there is NO reason to be RUDE, Mean or Nasty... IF they don't like the video... MOVE ON... BYE BYE
